Meditation is a great way to clear your mind of the worries and stresses of the day. If you're not familiar with this method of relaxation, you may think it's difficult, however with practice, you'll find that it's not hard at all. Review of the Prana Matt

Have you ever heard of the Prana Matt or the Shakti Matt?  These matts have little spikes on them and are said to mimic acupressure massage. This can help with aches and pains as well as promote deep relaxation. I purchased a cheaper version from amazon and they are just as effective as the more expensive versions. I found that although initially uncomfortable that feeling soon passed and I did indeed feel deeply relaxed. I also found that I fell asleep more easily after using and slept better. Another good use I found was it helped when I had a migraine and the tension in my neck diminished quickly after use.  I recently upgraded to the prana matt and the quality is fantastic. I do find that the little spikes take a little more getting used to, however they still have the same great benefits.  Whatever version you go for I highly recommend both.
